Daily hire offers for your trade in your area are shown to you first.
Tap to join a crew. You see the area, start date, days and day rate before you join.
On each work day, tap “Pahunch gaya” when you reach the site (between 06:00 and 14:00).

When the customer pays online, the wages are already paid in advance.

After the customer confirms your attendance (or automatically at night if there is no problem), that day's wage is due to you.
We send due wages to your UPI or bank. The app shows what is due and what is paid.
For cash hires, the customer pays you on site.

Construction workers in Madhya Pradesh can register with the state welfare board, which runs schemes for registered workers.

Generally, you need about 90 days of construction work in the last 12 months, and age 18 to 60.
The app's “Kaam ka record” shows the days you worked through Kaarigar, month by month. You can show it when you apply.
The board decides who is registered and what help is given. Please check the current rules with the board or its office.

Kaarigar does not register you and cannot promise any benefit. We only keep a record of your work days.
