In short: cancelling is free until the kaarigar is “on the way”. For ASAP bookings, if the kaarigar is not there within 3 hours, the visit fee is waived or refunded automatically.

Cancellation and refund rules
These rules were updated on 5 November 2026. If they change, we will tell you first and the change will apply to new bookings only.
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| You cancel before the kaarigar is “on the way” | Free. Nothing to pay. If you paid online, you get all of it back. |
| You cancel after the kaarigar is “on the way” | Late-cancellation fee: currently ₹0. If this ever changes, the amount is shown clearly before you book. |
| After work has started (“Work in progress”) | The booking can no longer be cancelled. Talk to our support team if something is wrong. |
| Changing the time | You can reschedule a booking up to 2 times, until 60 minutes before the slot. We then look for a kaarigar again. |
| ASAP booking and the kaarigar arrives after 3 hours | The visit fee is waived (cash) or refunded (online) automatically. You do not have to ask. |
| Refund of an online payment | 5–7 working days, to the same method you paid with. |
How the 3-hour promise is measured
- The promise covers ASAP bookings only, not bookings for a chosen time slot.
- The clock starts when your booking is confirmed. Arrival is the time the kaarigar marks “arrived” in the app. If you think that time is wrong, tell us and we will check.
- It does not apply if you cancelled the booking, we could not reach you on your phone, the address or colony was wrong, or something outside anyone's control happened (curfew, flood, city-wide shutdown).
Work charges and parts
The kaarigar quotes work charges on site from the rate card, and work starts only after you agree. You pay work charges directly to the kaarigar. Parts and material are extra and bought only with your OK. If you have a complaint about them, tell us and we will help sort it out with the kaarigar.
How to cancel
Open the booking in “My account” → “My bookings” and press “Cancel booking”. The button only shows when the rules allow it. Need help? See the contact page.
